WBE 4510: Top machine in the latest generation – fast, precise, comfortable

The WBE 4510 sets new standards in operator convenience and speediness. Even heavy SUV wheels can be lifted with no problem by the wheel lift – thanks to the clamping option, wheels up to 70 kg can be raised effortlessly and safely. The pneumatic flange then clamps the wheel exactly. After scanning of the wheelbase and pneumatic closing of the wheel cover, the measurement can be started. The laser sensor measures the wheel width, true running and wheel symmetry fully automatically and the balance is also recorded. After the measurement, the wheel is braked in the correct position for installation of the weight. When balancing is complete, the wheel lift is moved over to the wheel, the pneumatic flange is opened and the wheel is lowered safely to the ground. With the WBE 4515, you are equipped for all occasions: for wheels up to 26" rim diameter, 20" width and 70 kg weight. The software offers the usual functions such as static and dynamic balancing, matching of rim and tire as well as the attachment of concealed weights behind the spokes.

In addition to regular measurement results, the WBE 45 series permits well-founded tire diagnostics to help diagnose further sources of faults at tires and rims.

Comfortable work

Balancing with the WBE 4510 saves time and avoids measurement errors. The interactive menu navigation via the TFT monitor makes operation child's play. If necessary, you can even connect a printer (special accessories) to the wheel balancer and print out logs, which can be very practical, for example, during the customer discussion.
